Refund & Cancellation Policy
mypookie. gifts are personalized digital products and are generally non-refundable.
Non-refundable digital products
All purchases are final and non-refundable once payment succeeds because customization and digital delivery begin immediately. Changes of mind, accidental customization choices, recipient reactions, expired third-party gift cards and failure to open a correctly delivered private link do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellations
You may abandon an unpaid draft at any time. A paid or published gift cannot be cancelled. Scheduled reveal dates can be adjusted only where the product provides that control and before delivery restrictions make a change impossible.
Payment or delivery errors
Contact us within 7 days if you were charged more than once for the same order, payment succeeded but no gift was published, or a verified technical failure made the purchased experience unavailable. After investigation, an eligible duplicate or failed-delivery amount may be refunded to the original payment method.
How to request a review
Email himanshushekharr.pvt@gmail.com with the purchaser email, order identifier, date, amount and a description of the problem. Never send card numbers, UPI PINs or passwords.
