These terms govern the creation, purchase and use of mypookie. interactive digital gifts.
1. The service
mypookie. lets senders create personalized digital experiences containing messages, media, games, responses and gift-card details. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase, or use the service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your content and consent
You retain ownership of content you upload. You give us a limited permission to host, process and display that content only to operate the gift experience. You must have permission to upload every photo, recording, message, contribution and third-party link you provide.
3. Safe and lawful use
Do not upload illegal, abusive, threatening, sexually exploitative, infringing, deceptive or malicious content. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service, probe private links or attempt to bypass payment or access controls. We may remove content or suspend access where necessary for safety, legal compliance or service integrity.
4. Purchases
Prices are shown before checkout and may include separately selected add-ons. Payments will be handled by Razorpay when live payment processing is enabled. A gift is published only after successful server-side confirmation of payment, or an expressly marked free/test checkout.
5. Digital delivery and availability
This is a personalized digital product. The sender is responsible for recipient details, reveal timing and shared links. We work to keep experiences available, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security or third-party service failures.
6. Gift cards and external services
Gift-card codes and external links are supplied by the sender. mypookie. does not issue, guarantee or redeem third-party gift cards and is not responsible for their validity, balance, expiry or merchant terms.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
